How it Works

The excitement begins as soon as you step into Gamewheelz, our mobile gaming theater. Don’t wait! Ensure that you reserve your date on our calendar now. Here are the answers to our most frequently asked questions (FAQ) to schedule our gaming theater for your upcoming event.

(Please note that our liability insurance requires that all gamers be 6 years old and up.)

Rules and Guidelines:

No running.
No jumping.
No food or drinks permitted.
No throwing/tossing game controllers.
Do not step over the yellow line.
Do not delete games.
Do not touch consoles or remove disks.
Do not remove controllers or games from the trailer.
No children under 6.
No backpacks permitted.

How Much
Does It Cost?

Just $425 brings our 2-hour mobile gaming party to you (our minimum is 2 hours).

Each hour after the first two hours is $125. These quotes cover events throughout the Clovis and Fresno areas.

Events outside this area may incur travel fees (see our chart linked below), and there is a 3-hour minimum for rolling our game truck to locations outside Clovis/Fresno.

Gamewheelz’ mobile gaming trailer is your self-contained party on wheels! Gaming equipment includes a total of five 55″ 4K high definition TVs inside the trailer.

10″ subwoofers and with a 30-Watt soundbar

You’ll be blown away with three 10″ subwoofers and with a 30-Watt soundbar installed at all five gaming stations, no one is ever left out.

Enhanced visual effects – lasers, black lights, and party lights

Your gamers are instantly transported into another world with our enhanced visual effects – lasers, black lights, and party lights stand out in our dark interior electrifying the experience.

What is Allowed

Our rules, policies, and procedures are designed to ensure we retain our license and continue to deliver safe gaming for all. Gamers from ages 6 to 106+ are welcome on board. For carefree fun, we have just ten rules for your guests to follow on party day.

Follow These
Simple Steps
to Book

1. Start by Reading & Signing the Liability Waiver

You can wait to sign, but if you do not submit the liability waiver at least 24 hours before your party, we may release your reservation and refund any down payment received.

2. Click “Book Now”

Enter your desired rental period date/time in the required field and then click the “Apply” button.

Click the cart button beneath the small photo of the trailer (located below date/time entry).

Next, click the “Add to Cart” button in the small pop-up window. Verify that everything looks correct in the “My Order” pop-up and click the “Checkout” button.
